THOMAS CONLON, ESQ. joined the firm as an associate in 2002 and became a partner in 2009. Tom graduated from the University of Scranton (magna cum laude) in 1990 and from Fordham University School of Law in 1993. At Fordham, he was editor-in-chief of the Moot Court Board and was a National Semi-finalist in the Craven Moot Court Competition. Before joining the firm, Tom represented physicians in New York and New Jersey. Tom handles all types of healthcare litigation, however, his focus has been representing long term care facilities and their employees and defending physicians and nurses in medical negligence claims. Tom has successfully tried many cases.

ERIN A. BEDELL, ESQ. joined the firm as an associate in 2011 and became a partner in 2015. Erin became the managing partner in 2022. She graduated from Roger Williams University, (summa cum laude) in 2004 after completing the Honors Program after only 3 years of study. She graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007. She then clerked for the Honorable Eugene A. Iadanza in both Monmouth and Mercer Counties. Admitted to practice in New Jersey in 2007 and New York in 2008, Erin has devoted her career to defending health care systems, hospitals, physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals. She has published in the field of medical negligence and is a frequent lecturer to attorneys and healthcare providers. Erin has successfully tried numerous cases.

MICHAEL E. McGANN, ESQ. joined the firm as a partner in 2017. He graduated from Fairfield University in 1983 and from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1986 where he was a member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. Since 2014, Michael has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. A Certified Civil Trial Attorney must demonstrate substantial involvement in preparation of litigated matters, an unblemished reputation by submitting a list of attorneys and judges who will attest to the applicant's character and ability and pass a written examination covering various aspects of practice in civil trial law. Michael has argued before both the New Jersey Appellate Division and New Jersey Supreme Court. Michael has defended and continues to defend various professionals including physicians, dentists, attorneys and nurses in litigated matters and matters before professional boards in New Jersey. He also represents health care systems, hospitals, nursing homes and public entities. Over his career, Michael has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict.

RUSSELL J. MALTA, ESQ. joined the firm as counsel in 2014. He graduated from Princeton University in 1977. He graduated from Rutgers University where he obtained his juris doctorate in 1980. He is a former Assistant Prosecutor and a District IX Ethics Committee Member for Monmouth County. He also is a member of the Monmouth Bar and the New Jersey State Bar Associations. He specializes in medical malpractice litigation. He represents physicians in malpractice cases and defends hospital and nursing home negligence cases. Russ has successfully tried many cases.

ANTHONY W. LIBERATORE ESQ. joined the firm as an associate in 2017 and became a partner in 2022. He graduated from Loyola University in 2008 and from Seton Hall Law School in 2013. Anthony focuses on defending physicians, nurses, hospitals and long term care facilities in negligence lawsuits.

EILEEN W. McGANN, ESQ. joined the firm as an associate in 2017. She graduated from Fordham University in 1979. She graduated from Seton Hall University, School of Law in 1986. Eileen also received her State Teacher’s Certification for English – Grades K- through 12 from Kean University in 1983. Eileen focuses on defending physicians, nurses, hospitals and long term care facilities in negligence lawsuits.

MARY GRACE CALLAHAN, ESQ. joined the firm as counsel in 2021. She graduated from Ann May School of Nursing in 1981 as a Registered Nurse. She graduated from Georgian Court College (cum laude) in 1995 and graduated from Rutgers Law School 2000. Mary Grace focuses on defending physicians, nurses, hospitals and long term care facilities in negligence lawsuits.

MICHAEL SCHUMAN, ESQ. joined the firm as an associate in 2022. Michael graduated from Monmouth University (summa cum laude), and earned the award of Highest Ranking Baccalaureate Degree Recipient for Political Science. He matriculated into Widener University Delaware Law School and worked as a law clerk for several firms as well as externed for Judge Richmond in Burlington County, New Jersey. Michael focuses on defending physicians, nurses, hospitals, and long-term care facilities in negligence lawsuits.

ALLISON A. KRILLA, ESQ. rejoined the firm as counsel in 2023. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame (cum laude) in 1999. She became Assistant Sports Editor at the Asbury Park Press and Star-Ledger of Newark before embarking on her legal career. She graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in 2010, where she served as an editor for the Rutgers Law Record. She clerked for The Honorable Dennis R. O’Brien in Monmouth County. She is a member of the Monmouth Bar Association and a trustee with the Legal Aid Society of Monmouth County. Allison has handled all phases of medical and dental malpractice negligence cases, from initial pleadings to verdict. She has negotiated settlements and drafted post-judgment and interlocutory appeals, arguing before the New Jersey Appellate Court. She represents physicians, nurses, other medical professionals, hospitals and long-term care facilities.
